Husband of the late Dorothy nee Hatley, Father of Barbara Fallon, Russell (Betty Lou) Borrowdale and Sandra Borrowdale. Grandfather of Wendy, Christine, Jennifer and Russell, brother of June Pentecost and Richard Borrowdale and the late Robert Borrowdale.
Russell was a WWII Army veteran and was formerly employed by Barrowdale Company, which was owned by his father. He enjoyed traveling and helping others.
